Join Soreli: our Ambassador Charter

1. Introduction

The Soreli Circle is an ambassador program for content creators and Soreli customers who wish to recommend our jewelry to their community, in exchange for exclusive benefits (commissions, gifts, privileged access).

By joining the program, you accept all the conditions detailed below.

2. Role of the ambassador

As a Soreli ambassador, you commit to:

Wear and highlight Soreli jewelry in an authentic and natural way.
Create regular content around the brand (stories, Reels, TikTok, photos, etc.).
Visibly use your personal promo code and/or your affiliate link.
Respect the brand's image: feminine, elegant, positive and respectful.

3. Expected content

Minimum 2 pieces of content per month (story, post or video) mentioning Soreli.
Tagging the brand via @soreliparis and the official hashtag (e.g., #CercleSoreli).
Clear mention of the promo code in the caption or content when recommending the brand.

4. Commissions & benefits

The commission rate depends on the tier reached (Soreli, Gold or VIP).
Commissions are calculated on the pre-tax amount, excluding shipping costs, for validated and non-returned orders.
Payments are made once a month, from a minimum threshold (e.g., €30).
Gifts (jewelry, boxes, etc.) are sent according to performance and the tier reached.

5. Use of content

By publishing content mentioning Soreli and using the official hashtags, you authorize the brand to reshare your content (with mention of your account) on:

the website soreliparis.com,
Soreli social media,
as well as, where applicable, newsletters or advertising campaigns.

If you do not wish for specific content to be used, you can inform us in writing and it will be removed.

6. Behavior & image

No hateful, discriminatory or degrading comments will be tolerated.
No association with brands or themes contrary to Soreli's values (violence, incitement to hatred, etc.).
Soreli reserves the right to terminate the collaboration if the ambassador's image or behavior no longer corresponds to the brand's universe.

7. Termination of collaboration

You can leave the program at any time, by simply sending an email request.

Soreli may also terminate the collaboration in case of prolonged inactivity, non-compliance with the conditions, or inappropriate behavior.
Commissions due on validated sales remain payable under the usual conditions.
