1. Purpose of the contract
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.soreliparis.com, concerning the sale of jewelry and monthly boxes (“Mystery Box”).
2. Products and availability
The products offered are described and photographed with the greatest possible accuracy.
In case of stockout, the customer will be informed promptly, and a refund will be offered.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.
Payment validates the order.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit card.
No banking data is stored by SORELI.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business day and delivered within 48 to 72 hours.
SORELI cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn.
8. Returns and refunds
After receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 days.
9. Subscriptions (Mystery Box)
The subscription is monthly and automatically renewed.
It can be canceled at any time from the customer account.
Boxes already shipped are not refundable.
10. Liability
SORELI cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the product.
11. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
